Wildland Firefighting
RedRidge Fire Company has wildland fire suppression crews available for initial attack, fire suppression, mop-up, standby preparedness, and all-hazard incidents.
We pride ourselves on the excellent performance evaluations these crews receive while responding to incidents.
Firefighting Engine
Our primary fire engine is a Type 6 2016 Dodge Ram 5500 with a 310 gallon tank.
This engine can be deployed quickly to meet specific firefighting incident needs.
Water Tender
Our primary water tender is a Type 3 1991 Chevy Kodiak with a 1,000 gallon tank.
The tender can respond to suppression activities, with the ability to transport 1,000 gallons of water, to aid in suppression objectives.
